Pina Coladas aka how-to-make-it-through-the-day-with-screaming-kids

(while humming Two Pina Coladas by Garth)

8 oz. Goya Cream of Coconut
6 oz. Dole Pineapple Juice
4 oz. Malibu Coconut Rum
4 oz. Midori

Pour Cream of Coconut, pineapple juice and Malibu over a blender full of ice.
Take a swig of Malibu while BLENDING.

Pour into 16 oz. tumblers and float an oz. of Midori on the top. Add a couple of cherries and drink to your heart's content.

Makes 3-16 oz. drinks.

Pina Coladas - they are not just for breakfast anymore...

Really.

They should be had at breakfast, lunch, dinner and the occasional snack.

I really think the only reason I don't drink all day is because I am at a job with a policy that I can't. Perhaps my urge to drink all day comes from being at work?

Nah. I have had a breakfast, lunch and dinner pina colada day, and am just trying to get myself back there again :)

Cath--I totally knew it was you. And since when is the Sailor against drinking on the job. I guess it isn't the 90's anymore, huh?
