So I thought that would last longer

Thanks to all of you who gave me the congrats on figuring out how to have 20 seconds to myself in this long day. Blue2Go called it when she said that he would change. I just didn't think I would be changing one problem for another in under 12 hours.

Last night he screamed so loud that you would have thought his father was holding him by the ears. He wouldn't go to bed. Derek gave up and brought him back to bed at 11:20. Where he proceeded to kick me for the next 3 hours (when he wasn't trying to snack at the all night diner). At 2:41 I finally threw him at Derek. He instantly fell asleep.

UGHHHH!!!

Look, in all honestly, I picked up a habit of sleeping on the couch early in this game. But, don't you have an extra bed?:) hehehe

the extra bed is covered in clean clothes. which I imagine is better than being covered in dirty clothes.

Oh. Well, I'm glad that we're not the only house where the clean clothes don't necessarily make it to drawer status. :)

So the lesson learned here is that if and when the kid doesn't fall asleep after you ignore him, hand him over to Dad?

That seems like quite a promising formula.

Unless it changes. Tomorrow.

Dad is upstairs with him now and it isn't sounding promising. Oh well.
