Do you mean literally or figuratively?

The pediatrician, after looking at the Boo's 'stats' for his 9-month check-up/emotional-scarring-through-giving-excessive-shots-and-vaccines remarked, "do abnormally large heads run in your family?"

It's a trick question, right?

My doctor vists were the not so bad unless i had to see one of the other peds on rotation. Most would forget to read the file that she was a preemie and ask me was I feeding her enough. Like I would starve he she would just cry louder?

all kids have big heads! it takes a while for thier bodies to catch up..duh! i hate those stupid charts they go by. so what did u say??

WHAT?!? That is SO wrong. I think I would tell him that ANY head coming out of my pookie seems large and that he should let you know what he thinks after he gives birth.
